In accordance to Ordinance 08-133, owners of all residential properties acquired through Certificate of Title under chapter 45, Florida Statutes F.S. (Foreclosure and Judgements), are required to submit a Disclosure of Findings report to the Zoning Permits Section of Miami-Dade local government, record that report after approval, and obtain a new Certificate of Use.
CU Report must be completed by a Architect or Professional Engineer licensed and registered in the State of Florida.
